B – Subject of the Pre-Information Form
This Pre-Information Form covers the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the relevant legislation concerning the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below (hereinafter referred to as “product”) sold by the Seller to the Buyer. In the event that the Buyer is a legal entity, they cannot use consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal, for products purchased for commercial or professional purposes (e.g., bulk purchases are always considered of this nature).

Information About Payment Methods: In the event of a refund due to the Buyer exercising the right of withdrawal or other rights provided by law or contract, the refund will be made using the payment instrument chosen by the Buyer and in accordance with the collection method by the Seller.
Payment by Credit Card:
- The installment applications and installment numbers of the credit card used may vary depending on the bank issuing the credit card. The Seller is not responsible for additional installment or deferred payment applications by the bank issuing the credit card used by the Buyer. These applications are entirely at the discretion of the relevant bank and are subject to the agreement between the bank and the Buyer.
- Unauthorized use of payment instruments such as credit cards and debit cards is subject to Law No. 5464 on Bank Cards and Credit Cards. If the credit card is used without the Buyer’s permission and knowledge, the order will be canceled and delivery will not be made for products not delivered to the carrier.
- If the product has been delivered and the bank has refunded the amount to the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller within 3 (three) days, at their own shipping expense.
D – Address for Product Delivery and Delivery Information

- If the order is completed and the Buyer requests delivery to a specific address, the product will be shipped via a carrier. The ordered product will be delivered by Yurtiçi Kargo Servisi A.Ş. (“Yurtiçi Kargo”) located at Ayazağa Mh. Kemerburgaz Cd. No:10 D Blok Vadi Koru Sarıyer/İSTANBUL with the phone number 02123562365. The Seller is authorized to send and deliver the sold product to the Buyer via courier companies.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the shipping fee is borne by the Buyer and is not included in the product price. If the Buyer or a person authorized by the Buyer is not present at the specified address despite being notified for delivery, the Seller will be considered to have fulfilled their obligation. In this case, the Buyer will bear any damages resulting from delayed receipt of the product, as well as the costs arising from the product waiting at the carrier or being returned to the Seller.
- The Seller ensures the delivery of the ordered product to the address specified by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) days from the completion of the order.
- If the delivery address is incorrect or if there is no one at the address to accept the product despite proper delivery attempts, the Buyer will be informed of the situation and possible delivery options will be explained. If the Buyer still does not accept the product, the Seller will withdraw from the contract and promptly refund the collected sales price to the Buyer using the collection method.
- If the Buyer refuses to accept the product or attempts to return it, the shipping and/or delivery costs previously paid by the Seller will not be refunded to the Buyer. If the product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer and the delivery is not accepted, the Seller is not responsible. In this case, the return shipping cost to the Seller will be borne by the Buyer. The Seller cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the products within the specified time or as agreed due to the Buyer’s fault or negligence.
E – Methods for the Buyer to Submit Complaints to the Seller
The Buyer can communicate their complaints, criticisms, and suggestions by contacting the Seller’s Customer Service. It is also possible to send wishes, requests, and complaints to OAN Health through the Contact Form available on the OAN Health website.
F – Right of Withdrawal and Terms of Use
- The Buyer can withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product to the Buyer or an authorized person without giving any reason. If multiple deliveries are made for a single order, the period starts from the last delivery.
- The Buyer can notify the Seller of their withdrawal using any of the following methods:
- Filling out the form provided upon delivery of the product and sending it to the carrier or the address Rumelihisarı Mh. Karakoyun Sk. No:18/19 Sarıyer/İstanbul or via email to [email protected].
- For online transactions via the Seller’s website, the Buyer can access the return code from their account and notify the carrier.
- For purchases made as a guest without creating an account, the Buyer can contact Customer Service to receive a return code sent to the email used for the order, which can be given to the carrier.
- The Buyer must deliver the product to the carrier within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal. The product must be returned to the Seller with the invoice, box, packaging, standard accessories, if any, in an undamaged and complete condition. This period starts from the issuance of the return code to the Buyer.
- If the product is used in a manner inconsistent with its usage instructions, technical specifications, and operation during the period up to the withdrawal date, and if there are changes or damages, the Buyer may lose the right of withdrawal; if accepted by the Seller, a deduction may be made from the refund amount based on the changes/damages.
- If the Buyer is a merchant (real or legal person) and/or if the invoice is issued in the name of the merchant Buyer, the Buyer cannot benefit from consumer rights except as provided by law. In such cases, the product must be returned with a return invoice.
- If the value of the product decreases due to the Buyer’s fault or if the product is damaged due to the Buyer’s fault, the Buyer is liable to compensate the Seller for the value or the decrease in value.
- If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal before the delivery of the product, the Seller will refund the payment, including delivery costs if any, within fourteen days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notification.
- The Seller will refund all collected payments, including delivery costs if any, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notification. Provisions on situations where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised are reserved.
- If the Buyer uses the right of withdrawal for one or more products from a single order, only the delivery costs for the products subject to the right of withdrawal will be refunded. The product must be returned in its complete and undamaged condition, including the box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.
- If the Buyer returns the product using Yurtiçi Kargo within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the return shipping cost will not be charged to the Buyer. For returns outside the specified conditions and carriers, the Seller is not responsible for the return shipping cost. The Buyer will cover the shipping cost for products sent to the Seller without prior withdrawal notification.
- If the Seller’s regular application or periodic campaign includes free delivery for orders above a certain amount or quantity and the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost for the products not subject to the right of withdrawal will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For orders made through campaigns like “Buy 3 Pay for 2” or “Buy 1 Get 1 Free,” if the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, all products must be returned. If at least one campaign product is not returned, the sales price of the non-returned product(s) will be deducted from the total purchase amount.
- If the Buyer makes the payment partially or completely with reward/gift points, these points will be refunded to the Buyer as reward/gift points in case of exercising the right of withdrawal or returning the product.
- If the Buyer earned additional reward/gift points with the order and exercises the right of withdrawal, the earned points will be reclaimed. If the Buyer has used the additional reward/gift points and exercises the right of withdrawal or returns the product, the points will be deducted from the Buyer’s balance or from the refundable cash amount if the balance is insufficient.
- The earning and use of reward points and similar benefits are subject to the agreements/contracts between the relevant institution, the Buyer, and the Seller. The Seller may exercise all rights and powers specified in these agreements/contracts.
