Mustard

As well as having an impressive and rich flavour, mustard is a good source of nutrients. The leaves of the mustard plant contain significant amounts of calcium, copper and vitamins C, A and K, while the seeds are particularly rich in fibre, selenium, magnesium and manganese. This low-calorie condiment is an easy way to add a pinch of iron, calcium, selenium and phosphorus to your meals.

Mustard Seed Extract

Made from crushed mustard seeds, this extract is high in fibre and has antioxidant properties. It is also rich in magnesium, vitamins C and K, B6 and folic acid. With its pungent and flavour-enhancing taste, mustard is a popular addition to meats and salads.

Black Garlic

Black garlic contains far more antioxidants than raw garlic. This is due to the process it goes through. In other words, allicin, the compound that gives garlic its pungent odour when crushed, is converted into antioxidant compounds such as alkaloids and flavonoids during the production of black garlic. In addition, the smoky taste of black garlic creates an explosion of flavour. Black garlic, which reduces high blood sugar, lowers cholesterol and triglyceride levels and protects heart health, contains significant amounts of vitamin C, B vitamins, folate, calcium, manganese, phosphorus and zinc.

Thyme Oil

Lemon

Acetic acid is the primary active compound that gives vinegar its strong sour smell and flavour. The properties of apple cider vinegar, which contains about 5% acetic acid, such as removing harmful bacteria, supporting cholesterol management, lowering blood sugar levels and supporting diabetes management, are due to this component. Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, used vinegar to clean wounds more than 2,000 years ago. Vinegar is also a natural food preservative.
