As OAN Health Natural Food Products Trade Limited Company (“OAN Health”); we process various personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and related regulations, and we make every effort to protect your data by taking the technical and administrative measures stipulated by the laws. With this OAN Health Website Clarification Text (“Clarification Text”), we aim to inform you in detail about the processes of processing your personal data.

In this context, OAN Health, by taking all necessary technical and administrative measures, will process your personal data within the limits stipulated by the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, international agreements to which our country is a party, and all regulations related to the protection of personal data, primarily KVKK, and within the principles stated in Article 4 of the KVKK:

  • Compliance with the law and the rules of honesty,
  • Being accurate and up-to-date when necessary,
  • Processing for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes,
  • Being relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed,
  • Being retained for the period required by relevant legislation or

for the purpose for which they are processed.

  • PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

  • Identity data category: your name and surname, if you contact us through the ‘Contact’ page on our website by filling out the Contact Form, for the necessity of addressing you regarding your requests, complaints, questions, and suggestions, and if you give your consent to receive commercial electronic messages and/or E-Bulletin, for obtaining your consent legally,
  • Contact data category: your email address and phone number, if you contact us through the ‘Contact’ page on our website by filling out the Contact Form, for communication regarding your requests, complaints, questions, and suggestions, and if you give your consent to receive commercial electronic messages, for sending promotional and advertising content through the communication channels of your consent,
  • Transaction security data category: your website entry-exit time, IP address, and MAC address, to fulfill our obligation to keep traffic records as clearly stipulated by the Law No. 5651 on Regulating Broadcasting in the Internet and Fighting Against Crimes Committed Through Internet Broadcasting and related regulations,

and providing relevant feedback by contacting you.

  • METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is collected in whole or in part automatically through:

  • Lawyers, auditors, tax consultants, and other third parties from whom we receive consultancy and services; to ensure our business processes are carried out in compliance with the law and our legitimate interests, and to exercise our right of defense in a possible judicial process,

  • Regulatory and supervisory authorities and other official institutions such as courts and enforcement offices, and other public institutions or organizations authorized to request your personal data; to fulfill our legal obligations,
  • Our business partners and service providers; to ensure the sustainability, improvement of our services, and improvement of infrastructure and security processes within the framework of

the personal data processing conditions and purposes stated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

  • YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed or not,
  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request the correction of incomplete or incorrect processing of your personal data,
  • Request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • Request notification of the transactions made as per paragraphs (d) and (e) to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Object to any results that arise against you due to the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automated systems,
  • Request compensation for damages if you suffer any damages due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Within the scope of your rights mentioned above, you can submit your requests to us by registered mail with return receipt, in person or via a notary, or by using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or your electronic mail address previously notified to us and registered in our system through [email protected] or Esentepe Mh. Talat Paşa Cd. No:5/1 34394 Şişli/Istanbul.

Your application will be answered in accordance with the relevant provisions stipulated in the KVKK, and OAN Health may request some confirming information from you to verify that the applicant is the relevant person. This information will only be requested to identify the relevant person and share the results of the application with the correct individual.
